Hi, I’m Dave McCollough!

Technology leader with 15+ years across startups and enterprises, including two CTO roles building and launching SaaS platforms. Today I work in cloud and cybersecurity with deep experience in Azure and M365, and I’m moving deliberately into Microsoft AI, agentic AI frameworks, and how organizations adopt and enable AI securely and responsibly.

This blog is where I share notes, experiments, and lessons from that journey. I believe in learning out loud and sharing what I find along the way.

Away from the screen I’m usually outdoors hiking, climbing, biking, or chasing new trails. I’m also slowly learning Ableton, one beat at a time.
